Doer

Tasks for people who ship, not plan

Doer is a task list for people who ship. Projects across the top, tasks underneath, and a global quick-add for the thought that arrives mid-build. Nothing to configure before you can use it.

02

What It Does

01

Capture without losing your place

A global quick-add overlay takes the thought and gets out of the way, so the idea that turned up while you were deep in something else does not cost you the thread.

02

Projects across the top

Switch between Work, Personal, Side Projects or whatever you name them. Each keeps its own list, so unrelated work stays out of sight.

03

Enough structure, not more

Priority, due date, tags and an assignee. Enough to sort a real week without turning your task list into a second job.

04

Deleted does not mean gone

Removed tasks rest in trash until you mean it, and everything is backed up automatically, so a mis-click is not a loss.

03

Requirements

Distributed outside the Mac App Store, so macOS asks before the first launch: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Needed once per app.

04

Buying And Licensing

01 How many Macs does one licence cover?

Two. Every licence covers activation on up to two Macs that you own or control, for personal and commercial use alike.

02 Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. Pay once, keep the app, and no renewal ever appears on your card.

03 What does the free trial include?

The trial is the app itself, so you can confirm it works on your Mac, with your macOS version and your workflow, before spending anything.

04 Can I get a refund?

If a technical issue makes the app unusable and it cannot be fixed, yes: within 14 days of purchase, processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

Try Doer on your Mac

Download the trial, see how it fits, and buy it only if it earns its place.
